At Avoca Interiors we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and hassle-free. Avoca Interiors is bound by Australian consumer law and will process all returns and refunds in line with these laws.

For purchases made on this website, a 10% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind or incorrect purchases.

PLEASE NOTE: All lighting change of mind must be advised with 5 days.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, preferably your tax invoice or Order Number, must be provided.
  • All returns must be sent to the address advised.

Once approved by the manufacturer, items must be returned within 30 days at your expense for postage.

Delivery options will vary between 3 - 14 days depending on supplier. Any deliveries delays longer than this time frame, we will contact you directly to discuss.
