A flat rate of $16.50 shipping fee applies to all architectural hardware and tapware.
Freight charges for all other products will be a custom shipping price (based on weight and dimensions and your location) We will source the best rates and be in contact as soon as possible to confirm costs.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

- Proof of purchase, preferably your tax invoice or Order Number, must be provided.

Once approved by the manufacturer, items must be
returned within 30 days at your expense for postage.
